No, you must use Clearmint as your payment processor in LiteView. However, this likely will benefit your company because our fees are one of the lowest in the industry. Yes, we will transfer clients, products and services from your current system for free. Advanced transfer options are available in our Advanced and Professional plans.

We offer a free standard 30-day onboarding period for all new customers where you can interact with our team via phone, live chat, and email. Yes, account owners or admin users can easily upgrade or downgrade at-will inside of the billing section of your LiteView CRM if you think your needs have changed for the plan you are in. If you upgrade in the middle of the month, your account will be charged the pro-rated cost difference based on the number of days left in the billing cycle, and the upgraded features will be immediately available for use. If you are downgrading your plan, you will continue to access your plans features until the end of the month, and will continue to pay until the final day of your billing cycle of that plan. If you are on an annual plan and you downgrade, you can downgrade on your next renewal. Yes! Clearmint does integrate with other CRMs or can be used as a stand alone processor. If you find that you are in need of an even larger more complex CRM, most of them can integrate with Clearmint. We also have a partner company, ONE & MAIN (oneandmain.com), that has partnership deals with other CRMs (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc) to help with your migration, customization and set up at a discounted rate for LiteView members.
